David Putnam is a 30-year residential and commercial real estate professional. A native of Santa Monica, David focuses most of his business on the Westside of Los Angeles, assisting clients in the sale and acquisition of homes, apartment buildings, and commercial properties, with expertise spanning Venice, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Beverly Hills, and West Los Angeles, all the way east to downtown Los Angeles.

Always abreast of both micro and macro real estate market trends, David is happy to share his inclusive knowledge of both residential and commercial properties. David's experience in real estate development provides additional valuable perspective in assisting his clients. David holds a bachelor of Arts Degree from Humboldt State University.

David's attitude of service to others includes active involvement in charitable organizations. He supports the Santa Monica Boys' and Girls' Club, as well as the Heal the Bay Foundation, whose efforts have successfully repaired the natural beauty of the Santa Monica bay. Additionally, David supports the Berkshire Hathaway Charitable Foundation, an agent-supported non-profit that has raised over $4 million for deserving local charities. "It is important to me to help preserve and enrich the communities in which we reside, for current and future generations to enjoy."

David lives in Santa Monica with his family, and proudly hangs his license with the Brentwood office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, sailing, fishing, diving, golf, and tennis.
